The healing process will vary with each individual client. It is to be noted that successful results and specific colour requests are not guaranteed on the first session and clients may require additional sessions (at a minimum charge) in order to obtain the desired results. As each individual client's healing process varies depending on the skin type, especially those with problematic skin and/or covering up an old tattoo. We do not guarantee perfect proportions or symmetry as each individual bone structure and muscle movements differs. Results will also vary dependent on each client on how they proceed with following the aftercare.
A deposit is required in order to book and confirm your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service. In order to secure your appointment, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours. All deposits are non-refundable if you choose to cancel. However, the deposit can be transferable to a rescheduled appointment if it is rebooked within a reasonable time.
Cancellations & Late policy
All deposits are non-refundable. We require at least 48 hours of notice in order to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you choose to cancel or no show your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you cannot make your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances or will be late, please contact us as soon as possible. Clients who arrive over 15 minutes late may result in a forfeiting their deposit and cancellation of the appointment. In this case, clients may be required to rebook and pay a new deposit if they wish to continue with the procedure after arriving late or providing a short notice of cancellation.
Please note that our prices for services are subjected to change at any time. Touch up rates are only for pre-existing clients. Kindly note, regular rates will apply for clients who have had their eyebrows previously tattooed by another artist.
